Albert Ngan is the Chairman of Millionfull Company Ltd. He was appointed as the Executive Vice Chairman & Treasurer of the Hong Kong Chamber of Textiles Ltd. in 2005. Albert has been a Director of Kingdom Holdings Ltd. since 2004 and became a Member of the CPPCC Fujian Province Committee in 2003. He was appointed as a Director of Huaqiao University in 2002, and is also the Vice Chairman of Zhejiang Jin Yuan Flax Co. Ltd.
